Our Low Country Bourbon is smooth sipper with a refined taste. We have crafted our bourbon with a higher corn content giving it a sweet finish and a very low Rye content making it mellow and easy to sip.

Daufuskie Island Rum Company is 100% American made. Founder Anthony Chase grew up on multiple Army bases and has a strong sense of national pride. In addition to that, it was important to assure that the products we use be of utmost excellence. For that reason, we made the decision to seek Made in America Certification.
All of our products are distilled, bottled and packed by hand here on Daufuskie Island. The sun, sea and rich history all blend together to make this island the perfect place for the Daufuskie Island Rum Company and an unforgettable Lowcountry treasure.
